RACI Matrix

Definition: synonym for the RACI Model which pertains to the tabular, 2-dimensional nature of every RACI chart;

In a RACI table with "n" Activities and "m" Functions, a matrix of "n x m" cells can store and display all involvements between Functions and Activities.

If 4 types of involvement can be identified, then a total of "n x m x 4" bits are needed to store the RACI matrix' information.
