Found In Space for Web Visits

Demos for Optical, Intuitive Analysis based on log files of Visits to a Website

You can see screen shots of 3D models that were produced from standard web server log files. Analysing the 3D model is much more intuitive and informative - especially for bigger data sets, larger web sites or longer time frames.

You can also download a PDF Poster version of this demo (DIN-A3, German language).

Some of the most unique visits can be spotted easily by their locations (lower left, lower right, very right). These indicate visits with special interest for certain resources. They could be interpreted as opportunities in a marketplace.
